mission statement
The purpose of the organization shall be to enrich the education of the students of Rough Hollow Elementary School by providing volunteer and financial support for their educational and recreational needs with the resources of RHE PTO; and foster relationships between the administration, staff, parents and the community by promoting open communication. Any RHE parent, guardian, or staff member who supports the purpose and basic policies of the organization, as set forth in its bylaws, shall be considered a member.
The PTO raises funds for purchases that enhance the education of students at Rough Hollow Elementary and support our teachers.

Our Trunk or Treat Spooktacular is almost here (🎉 October 22, 5:30–7:30 PM), but we still NEED candy donations 🍬 and cleanup volunteers 🧹 to make the night a success!
We’ve made donating super easy — choose whichever option works best for your family:
🍭 Option 1: Donate large bags of candy — send them to your child’s homeroom teacher, and we’ll handle the rest!
💵 Option 2: Donate funds to help us buy candy in bulk — Venmo @Britt-Raetzman (last 4 digits 6024) and write “🍬 candy” in the description. Suggested amount: $10 per child (any amount helps!)
✔️ Option 3: I’ve already sent my candy or donation — thank you for your support! 💚
